Today, the calf breast filled on the day card, I was happy surprised, this is rare in host houses. More than enough. Portion brought the friendly waitress. Delicious, the meat tender, the filling of the dumplings well seasoned and the sauce a poem.
For me, the old host is always a welcome return on a bike tour in the sausage area. They sit nicely under chestnuts on gravel directly on the worm. A part of the garden is served area where you can order from the normal menu. But there are also many tables with self-service where you can bring the bread yourself. (This also gives a basic prerequisite for a beer garden. I have to admit that I've only eaten an obattide with a bread so far. It wasn't a highlight of Bavarian cuisine, but it was OK. There are beers of Augustin brewery to drink, also the famoses noble. This alone is a reason enough to catch up here. Small art is also offered in the hall of the old host. We've seen Stefan Zinner and Sigi Zimmerschied before. Such known names rarely occur. The program can be found on the homepage. Overall, the Alte Wirt is one of the most beautiful and rewarding beer gardens in Würmtal.
For me the most atmospheric beer garden in Würmtal. The prices are moderate and the food is of good quality. The sections are tidy. Especially in the evening it is cozy in the old host to enchant the colorful light chains. The restaurant was carefully restored because it is protected by monument. Occasionally there are music bands. There's nothing intrusive here, it's beautiful here.
Here you eat well civic and in the beer garden that has been cultivated in the meantime in the immediate vicinity of the worm farmer. The Old Wirt has a large, moorable space, where 120 people can find space and enjoy the festivities. The price level is more favourable.
