Very korean style old-version pub, but interior is very modern. no need to spend time to choose menu, as everything is more than best. Try Mak-guli that you can only consume here.

Makkoli heaven. Come before 5 o'clock to get the amazing happy hour offers. The house has made fresh options are delicious. We didn't eat, but the snacks looked great. Service staff is nice, but slow. For a table of two, they don't let you order more than 1 carafe at a time, but so drink. Warning that prices outside the Happy Hour is exorbitant. Compared to other places in Seoul, even the happy hour prices are high, but completely cheap when you come from abroad. The atmosphere and sitting are great. Get a table next to the open terrace if you can.

The food and drinks here are definitely good! My friends and I visited to try makgeolli, and not just there was a wide selection of makgeolli to order, there was a wide selection of dishes to supplement the drinks. We came to lunch sets, and had so top-free, spicy pork, tofu and matured Kimchi, which was all really delicious and came in quite large portions. The only problem would be the price, as prices can be on the expensive side. This means that the lunch sets have really great value, and the prices of Kakgeolli are crashed during the lunchtime. Nevertheless, this place is worth a visit to dinner. The atmosphere is stylish and comfortable, and the service is excellent. Just note the price point in which you go.

Many many varieties of Korean traditional wines, liquors and dishes. Superb, especially for foreign visitors to Korea. Chain stores also in HongDae(HongIk Univ. vicinity), YeoUiDo, DaeHakRo, YeokSam,… (ITaeWon store closed) Some stores also sell imported wines.
