Kai Kai Dessert 佳佳甜品 Jordan – Traditional Hot Desserts Local Dining Culture We visited in May around 8 PM, and the place was packed with people waiting outside. You’ll need to get a queue number at the kiosk, and the staff will call you when it’s your turn. Ordering is done via QR code, and service is fast despite the crowd. We shared a table with other guests, which is common in local Hong Kong eateries—a unique part of the city’s efficient and communal dining culture. We ordered: • Red bean soup 红豆沙 – Really delicious, smooth and comforting • Sweet potato in ginger soup 番薯糖水 – Warming and flavorful • Ginkgo corn dessert 白果玉米糖水 – A bit sweet, but still enjoyable Everything was served hot, and the experience was both authentic and satisfying. A great spot to enjoy classic Cantonese sweet soups like a local.
