There are four types of hot pot bases and five levels of spiciness to choose from. The service in the restaurant is very good, they even helped press the elevator button for us when we left. We enjoyed our meal very much. The restaurant also provides free self-service tea, which is really thoughtful. I love hot pot and will definitely come back often.

At first, I thought it was strange that the restaurant was on the fifth floor of a building, but I soon realized that's common in Hong Kong. The spicy hot pot was delicious, with all the extra moisture cooked off to enhance the flavor. I especially enjoyed the bullfrog, potatoes, konjac noodles, and tried cow's tongue for the first time – it was tender. The Heavenly Fried Rice is as enticing as its name suggests, especially when paired with the hot pot. I also tried the Osmanthus Ice Brew drink because I love the aroma of osmanthus, next time I want to try the Desire Sour Plum. From now on, whenever I crave spicy hot pot in Hong Kong, Twelve Flavors will be my go-to spot. The spiciness is addicting!
