The establishment positions itself as the best in Kovel, there are always a lot of novelties, this is very cool for our city, but these novelties are not the original ideas of the owner or the administrators there, it is all borrowed from larger cities, so in other cities and decent institutions they have been serving water for a long time free of charge, as soon as the guest arrives, even if he did not ask for it. Maybe this idea would also be borrowed? Because I got the impression that they just want to extort money from whatever they can! It was really not pleasant! Although it's not about 5 hryvnias!
