Sate Kambing Muda Solo

I recently tried goat satay for the first time in this city. The satay was regular with no fat and came with gule. The satay was hot and delicious, but the meat was a bit tough. The seasoning and sauce were lacking. Oh, and the price listed as 10 punctures for 1 serving was incorrect. They forgot to calculate the cost of the sauce. Normally, in Jogja, one serving of satay costs 5 punctures. The satay was served with plain rice, vegetables, and a rare dish. The gule had a brownish-yellow color, which I did not like. I prefer a yellow-orange color for gule. The taste was alright, but I decided to try the tongseng instead.

Sate number one when it comes to the taste of its tongseng, it's number one.
