What User doesn't like about Hero Sushi:
I can't believe I'm saying this, but Hero Sushi used to be my favorite sushi spot because I worked there. Everything was fantastic back then. However, something seems to have changed after the pandemic. The customer service and the flavor of the food have noticeably declined. I can't believe I'm saying this. Hero sushi was my go-to sushi long time ago because I used to work there. Everything were great. I don't know what happen, but their customer service and food flavour are bad now after the pandemic. I can't taste the vinegar in the sushi rice, their boxes(spicy box) are not displayed how it used to. I understand they took out the Udon, don and poke salad after a while. But now, i don't think I'm going back to Hero sushi. Thanks for the service.
Good sushi but really bad customer service. No hello or bye. The older Asian lady is always rude and just throws the food on the counter!
The veggie tempura sushi is really excellent and one-of-a-kind. It's always made fresh.
