Although I have had issues with orders twice again lately. Jared is a really good example of a great manager. I like that he is about the customer and the company he represents. Well done Jared and Grill’d Kotara. I was going to take my money elsewhere because too many places don’t care about customer service and meal quality anymore. I had a disappointing experience with my meal. I ordered a chicken burger, but received a beef burger instead. I also had to wait 15 minutes for the burgers while the chips didn’t arrive. View all feedback.

Worst Grill’d in Newcastle , wait time is ridiculous, even when quiet. Zucchini chips are always full of oil, chicken is burnt salad on burger always seems not fresh.

This is the worst Grilld in Newcastle. Every time I have ordered takeaway to be picked up the food is stone cold, burnt, or something was forgotten. There has been 6 times my chips were forgotten. I ordered the new Stranger Things burger and they forgot to put in the hot dipping sauce in the bag. I will not be ordering from this Grilld again.
