I knocked wanting to enquire why they were closed early but I was ignored. The boss was not there.

What a di... read more The previous café on this site was always closed or closing whenever we were at the Homemakers centre, so we were surprised to find the new café open. What a difference in attitude from the previous place! We had taken a seat at the previous café only to be ordered out as they were about to close at about 3.00 pm so it is lovely to find a place that stays open while the Homemakers Centre is open. Now to the food - we both had a late lunch of salmon quiche which was light and tasty and the coffee and tea were excellent. It may be only a shopping centre café but the food was very good and served with a smile. We will be back next time we are shopping there.

Stopped by for some lunch while shopping in the area. Last visit was just for coffee years ago. Found the Cafe Latte spot on. Also indulged in a Southern Fried... read more Stopped by for some lunch while shopping in the area. Last visit was just for coffee years ago. Found the Cafe Latte spot on. Also indulged in a Southern Fried Chicken Burger which was not only tasty but visually appealing. But by far the highlight...was the service. Friendly and super quick.

The menu is a bit limited and expensive, but the steak sandwich was decent and surprisingly satisfying. The customer service was excellent, with attentive and helpful staff.
