Best place to meetup and catch up with friends conviniently within town. Caffe latte the best. But they no longer have the comfortable seats

Have always loved coming to Mosaic Hyatt. But over the past year the service is terrible. The staff are rude and very unprofessional. Ordered in two consecutive occasions. First time they forgot my order acceptable, but staff totally ignored it and had to wait more than 40 minutes before i asked and realised it was still unattended to. Finally got my order and left without a slightest apology. I thought it was a one off incident, so i placed orders for Christmas again. Self collected and same thing happened. They knew they could not find my order, but they went on doing other things for the next 30 mins thinking they were checking on it, until I approached them, only to get no response. Left fuming, but the cashier just glanced at me and never uttered a one word of apology. In the end the food was average but not worth the stress. Not what i expect from Hyatt.

Had chocolate and passion fruit. Passion fruit was really nice. Rainbow latte art is also cool.

Located at the street level of Hyatt. A bit spendy but clean and neat. Around 12RM~ for coffee and tea. They have dessert and snack menu.
