We began with the Hee-Haw Craw Chaw, which was absolutely unforgettable! For our main courses, I ordered The Joey, while my husband chose the Pulled Pork PO-Boy. We decided to share, and I’m so glad we did! The homemade bread for the Po-Boy was simply incredible! The pork was fresh, and the sauce was absolutely finger-licking good. As for The Joey—wow! It had fresh beef, a toasted homemade bun, and the CRAWFISH CHEESE was extraordinary! Each bite was bursting with flavor, creating a delightful culinary experience. For dessert, we shared the pecan pie and the Chocolate Lasagna. The pecan pie was served warm with a dollop of homemade whipped cream, and the chocolate lasagna was so rich and decadent it left me speechless! We also took home a couple of bottles of their homemade jarred hot sauce. If you’re in search of fresh, farm-to-table food, this place is a hidden gem! You won’t be disappointed!

These aren’t your typical fast-food fries; they’re cut fresh and cooked perfectly! Absolutely delicious!
