Chris patiently explained the menu to us and we had carpaccio and scampi for appetizers; sweetbreads and steak for entree and sabayon with ice cream/dessert special for dessert. Everything was perfectly made to order by Ludwig, all while we watched from our table. Ludwig will forever be a must when I’m in Belgium.
