Fries ordered and medium papers 100 times always try to get a line and once I never order here again.

Very good products. a lot of delay on deliveries. More than 30 minutes late.

I received the wrong meat on my burger (chicken instead of angus). I tried to call the moment I saw, no answer from the Frietist. I then wrote a mail the same day and a reminder couple days later. Sadly, it's been more than a week now and i still did not receive an answer, not even that they are busy and have taken in my complaint. I paid too much for a burger I didn't want. To make the experience worse, your customer support is not reachable via the ways you advertise on your website and app.

Long-time client, but shortly, it doesn't turn 50% more expensive than any other fries, no constant quality, often waiting flat fries too long, in the new fried, you have to wait outside the street chauffeurs like crazy in the village.
