We were there on the 2nd Christmas day with the family. Despite the many guests we were satisfied. The service was very attentive and concentrated, drinks were quickly served and delivered and also the waiting time at the food was absolutely appropriate and not too long. Unfortunately, it was very disappointed today. Today on the first Christmas day with the family there. It was too crowded with guests and the staff hopelessly overwhelmed. Our food came late 3 dishes were completely forgotten and hectic delivered. This meat was then unfortunately not roasted. The other riches, especially, roast the meat completely dead. The welcome and further service could be a bit more friendly and attentive. Lag probably because it was lunchtime and little guests were on site. The food was standard, could also be prepared more lovingly. The very loud communication of the workforce among themselves and on the telephone was disturbing.
Unfortunately very poor service and unfriendly. Coupon of 1.5 years old is despite that long time Corona was not accepted. This is really inconceivable as you try to make money from a gift.
