The food could have been better in terms of taste, as it has little connection to Turkish cuisine. Baked vegetables were swimming in hollandaise sauce, which has nothing in common with Mediterranean cooking. The bulgur was quite soft and mushy. The salad was poorly dressed, if not at all. Overall, the seasoning was bland. You'll definitely be full, but the culinary experience is lacking. Nevertheless, we'll give this place another chance.
