We recently visited the Bella Vista for ice cream. Unfortunately, these turned out to be extremely sweet, which is a shame because the flavors on offer could be made in an artisanal way, thus offering better quality. Also, we were a group of 8 people and had ordered 8 ice creams with 2 different flavors for each one. However, the server took note of our order, but came back after more than half an hour to inform us that one of the flavors requested for one of the ice creams was missing. He asked us to re-confirm our order, which we thought was a pretty big oversight. Waiting so long for simple ice cream was also disappointing for the service overall. I hope these issues will be taken into account to improve the customer experience in the future.
