A lot of variations of maki (they put strawberry inside one of the rolls) but they're straying away from real Japanese sushi. Rice was mush, fish wasn't really fresh and overall an under-average experience. I hope they try to focus on improving the quality of making their Sushi and the core ingredients (fish and rice) rather than adding random ingredients that you don't usually find in Japanese food.

The place is pretty new so there were not many customers. The sushi was great and the presentation was beautiful. The fish was fresh and did not smell fishy. The rice was around room temperature but could have been slightly warmer. They have quite a large variety of sushi but only few kinds of fish and no meat or chicken variety. I found the other dishes a bit too expensive. They also offer take-away and delivery which is great! I will most probably go back to try more sushi! Parking can be a bit of a hassle but you should be able to find some spots further down the street.
