Normally, the waiting time for a pizza is a maximum of 45 minutes. After 75 minutes, I called and asked what it looked like. There was still a 30-minute wait, then I exercised my right to discount the price and then they said no Doesn't go well then the purchase contract is canceled because of how they deal with customers that was the first and last time no star was deserved

One pizza out of many was as ordered, the rest were faulty ; missing ingredients, wrong ingredients, e.g. American, rather than Italian, soil. Before ordering it said delivery time of 20-30 minutes, yes you could definitely need more time, but 2 hours instead of 20 minutes

One of the many pizzas was as ordered, but the rest were faulty ; missing ingredients, wrong ingredients, e.g., American crust instead of Italian. Before ordering, it said delivery would take 20-30 minutes. Yes, it could take longer, but it took 2 hours instead of 20 minutes.

A 60 minute wait was agreed. Normally the wait for a pizza is max. 45 minutes. After 75 minutes I called and asked how it was. Yes, there was still a 30 minute wait. I then made use of my right to a discount and then they said it wasn't possible and I would cancel the purchase contract. But the way they treat customers was the first and last time. It doesn't deserve a star.
