a scenery and an extraordinary place where they can sneak from the appetizer to dessert. they do not give to the dessert and all this at a price affordable for a tourist destination. View all feedback.
What Lisa Zimmermann doesn't like about Pano:
We arrived early at the start of the day and only a few people were there. We went to order, were not greeted and were very rudely told we that we were in the wrong queue (there was no queue). Isn't one supposed to be polite and friendly if you work in the hospitality industry?? So I bought the beverages and my husband waited for his order. I had paid for everything. Later, after we had left, he told me he had paid f... View all feedback.
It is a beautiful stylish place right in the center, but the personal is completely uncoordinated and lost as if they don't get training or not a manager to monitor the flow of work, submissions and customers. if they want a...extra challenge, they try to order a simple coffee in English.
We ate every day the breakfast here, excellent pastries, good coffee, fresh orange juice, central location, stylish venue, friendly staff
We wanted to eat and drink, but the restaurant was extremely full on Friday afternoon. despite some waiting, there were no free tables so we decided to go on. is this a helpful review? then please give me a thumbs to thank. frankgeisler by clicking on the button below.
This large, beautifully equipped caffe was the perfect place to meet a friend to the breakfast. the ordering and payment of the first system worked well and we could quickly get our breakfast. coffee was very good, like the stuffed bircher muesli.
Disorganised!!! Terrible logistics with ordering. I used to come here often and enjoyed it. Great food, lovely ambience. However, after a few visits, their method of ordering and paying needs review. It’s chaotic and a lot of needless waiting at different counters. If your group...wants something from different counters one has to queue at each different one and then pay separately. They would do well to take a leaf out of the Vapiano chain get a card on arrival, and add items as you go and pay altogether at the end. It would also be helpful to say which items are no longer available on the board rather than queue for awhile only to find out it’s no longer available! Soup was very salty too. I would return but only for a coffee and cake ie, just order and pay at ONE counter only. Their cakes and coffee are still great.
