We ate salads, delicious grilled fish with chanterelle mushrooms, chicken curry, and fish with shrimp and spinach sauce. Save room for dessert- creme brûlée, a wonderful apple...strudel and a multilayer chocolate cake soaked with rum. A delightful evening, delicious food and even a server who was professional, accommodating and friendly- not our recent experience with the service industry here.

A lot has changed, especially now that we can afford to dine since we were college stud... read more My wife and I dined here during our return visit to Konstanz since 1983. A lot has changed, especially now that we can afford to dine since we were college students studying abroad back then. We picked this place along the water as it had...a perfect setting and was a great location to enjoy the slowly setting sun. We enjoyed a bottle of white white from the area at the recommendation of the waiter. It was very good. My wife ordered her favorite fish dish (salmon or chard) and loved every bite of it. I opted for the Hungarian goulash, which while tasty, was less Hungarian than I am used to. The service was great! All in all, a great place to enjoy and relax and people watch.
