very nice cozy atmosphere with an still active beer brewing plant (copper kettle.) eat tasty and plentiful. Of course, the in-house beer tastes very excellent. service very friendly and effort to make the stay as pleasant as possible for the guest. Unfortunately, the beer garden on the right of the entrance is very small and partly with standing. the beer still tastes. reservation is recommended as often very full. View all feedback.
What Wenzel Rau doesn't like about Brauhaus Joh. Albrecht:
I come very often in this restaurant because eating is good and at a good price. the personal is very rude and rude. it happened that they had misunderstood the order, but when we pointed out without touching the teller, the owner (who I believe) refused to change him, and pretended he did not understand us (and I speak German as if it were my mother tongue!) zero professionalism. if they understand that they are a f... The carvings and late zle were amazing. My wife, who came from Nova Scotia (where seafood is life-threatening) felt that the fried fish was the best she ever had!
Food was OK, nothing special but fine. Extremely polite and friendly staff. Nice interior decor; not in the first room (too rural) but the main hall is impressive.
We tried this restaurant as we were excited to have some good schnitzel. We were disappointed as the meal was far from what we were hoping for. Service was good but the food was disappointing.
I'm 26. May 2017 have been there to go as in Soltau to eat nice...because I have been a total cleanliness and bubbles for my guests. I had ordered a table at 7:00. It's better to push me aside instead of showing the reserved table. The pub was not crowded, but too little staff was there, only an operation for about 150 seats. Our table was about 2 meters from the vault... waited for the first drinks after order 15 min.... the food order was then picked up and again 40 min. Wait for four. Then we had to wait 20 minutes for the second drink to order it, then again 10 minutes. until it came to the table. The food was easy to wish left taste... the burger for 9,90 € was badly occupied, the hare tasty. The turkey curry was very dry roasted and the cheese spoons lubricated as out of the bag. In the so-called restaurant it was extremely loud, entertainment with my guests was impossible. In addition, completely unpadded seats in the extremely rustic ambience. If you want to eat cozy and beautiful, you should make a huge bow around this brewhouse...
We enjoyed our lunch at the brewery. I had a glass of Messing, which was brewed there along with their Kupfer). The wiener schnitzel was OK, I’m a little spoiled when it comes to that dish, usually having a nice thin schnitzel covering my plate. This was two patties stuck in a frier. I had it prepared Jaeger hunter) style with mushrooms. A nice meal, but not memorable. The man next to me had an interesting steak and potatoes dish that put mine to shame. Go there for the beer and enjoy the food too. Everything was reasonably priced. I liked the ambiance, it was very beer Stube-like with lots of seating inside and out. One room had three copper beer tanks. I’ve posted pics. VERY clean including the WC).
