I tried to get a refund for an article I paid for, but they thought I didn't pay for the article. they called the last manager and she accused me of stealing and endangering the police if I couldn't prove I had paid. Finally, when they saw another entry into the bag, they found that someone else came into the bag I got, but the loading manager who gave me the debt never apologized.
