Noguchi Naohiko Sake Institute Touan

I made a reservation three months ago and was worried if it would be honored, but I was called in. The phone response was very good, and I was able to relax and look forward to a day of enjoyment. Upon entering the museum, I was very satisfied with the atmosphere and received thorough explanations and ample tastings. It felt like I was only drinking sake along with Nagahiko Noguchi's journey. I had a very luxurious time in a calm space where time seemed to stand still while enjoying the sake and the scenery. It was a memorable journey.

Although it may be a bit inconvenient to get to, I believe it is worth visiting this place at least once. The combination of light snacks and drinks was excellent. We enjoyed the delicious flavors.

It was an excellent performance. Even if you are not a fan of sake, you will definitely become one. I met with Mr. Noguchi while holding hands. By the way, please let me know how to output a receipt.

素晴らしい日本酒体験でした。 日本酒の種類、温度、飲み方を変えることで、日本酒の味を楽しむことができます。 日本酒を添えたおつまみは、日本酒の風味をさらに引き出します。 お酒の豊かさと奥深さを感じることができた経験で、知りませんでした。 壁面の大きな窓からの緑色の風景も素敵でした。 試食と呼ばれていますが、1人あたり約2食の固形量があります。 四季折々の味をお楽しみ下さい。

お酒、料理、雰囲気、スタッフの方の接客などいずれも最高でしたが、何より杜氏野口尚さまより直接酒造りに対する熱い思いを伺えたのが何より良かったです。
