Beautiful place to grab a bite! Fully enjoyed a glass of fresh juice and a cauliflower burger. Wide selection of menu options, decent prices, very friendly staff, chilled atmosphere and wonderful location! Definitely one of my fav spots by the ocean!

Blended Health Cafe was the perfect place to take my vegetarian daughter. The rest of my carnivore family loved it, they were so surprised by all the options . The food is so delicious, the service was great and it all comes together with the perfect view. I love that there's such great options on the menu. I if you are looking for a great vegetarian/vegan option look no further.

My new favourite place in Cape Town !! Food is DELICIOUS!! So many options for vegans. Staff are good and friendly and the place has a great vibe, it’s my place of choice now when someone wants to go somewhere. Also the only vegan pancakes I’ve ever had which were decent !!! A must try

We loved this place so much, that we ended up eating breakfast there four days in a row! I was not anticipating that, especially since there is no meat in site. I mean, how can a South African not have bacon for breakfast! Well, we did and we loved every meal we had , we had omelette, eggs on avo, their regular breakfast (egg me up) and sweet tomato breakfast, wraps, smoothies and the most amazing coffee- so smooth. It was great sitting with the locals and their dogs, feeling quite at home. Everyone is super friendly and the view is just amazing. If we were there for longer, we would have eaten more meals there!

I absolutely love visiting Blended. It's a beautifully run little place with an amazing staff. I really appreciate their unique menu design, and the overall atmosphere is just delightful. The food is always freshly prepared, and you can really taste the high quality of each ingredient. Considering the portion sizes, the prices are very reasonable. If you sit outside, you even get a lovely view of the ocean, which is perfect for someone like me who enjoys being outdoors. I've made it my goal to try everything on the menu, so I order something different each time I go, and I have yet to be disappointed. Kudos to the team at Blended for creating such a wonderful and distinctive space!
