I visit Pulkovo on average once a month and usually stop by Starbucks while waiting for a taxi. But almost always, with very rare exceptions, there is no cold green tea in the assortment. After a flight, you want something refreshing, and every time my mood is ruined because of the absence of such a simple drink. View all feedback.
I have never encountered anything worse than Starbucks.
Terrible service. They ask about how you want your coffee roasted at the cashier, and then it turns out it's an extra charge of 50 rubles. Not cool. Plus, the coffee doesn't taste very good.
I just arrived and found myself in a cozy Starbucks coffee shop. The service was excellent and the food was of high quality. Everyone there spoke English.
I was shocked to discover that this Starbucks had no vegan options, as they are typically one of the few vegan-friendly places in the area. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to order anything since they only accepted cash.
