But almost always, with very rare exceptions, there is no cold green tea in the assortment. After a flight, you want something refreshing, and every time my mood is ruined because of the absence of such a simple drink.

The milk for the coffee was overheated to the point where it boiled. There was an unpleasant taste of scalded milk that completely overpowered the taste of the coffee. A spoiled coffee for a not insignificant amount of money. And the foam in Starbucks leaves much to be desired. Just bubbles, no creamy texture. It's as if it came from a cheap coffee machine.
