After another 2 weeks, there were no positions from non spicy ingredients on the menu, but even 1 longer and 2 mini twisters coffee and cheese pads had to wait 25 minutes, and then still prove that the cheese pads were not originally on the tray. The last straw was a visit to the window for the car. having arrived at 21.45 to the order window, I received an answer that the restaurant is closed. When asked why so early, if it works until 22.00, they received the answer there is no meat in the restaurant. We drove off and parked in a nearby parking lot. Following us, a white largus drove up, from which they took the order, and then the manager who took out the order got into this largus and sat inside for 10 minutes, discussing something very cheerfully. Спустя полчаса пришлось требовать отмены заказа, так как приготовить его не могли, и заменить или убрать кофе, который не смогли приготовить, так же не смог администратор ресторана. Оставил отзыв, мне позвонили, извинились, сказали что теперь все все умеют, и больше такое не повторится. Спустя пару недель ситуация повторяется, только не смогли приготовить бургер. Еще спустя 2 недели в меню отсутствовали позиции из не острых ингредиентов, но даже 1 лонгер и 2 мини твистера кофе и сырные подушечки пришлось ждать 25 минут, а потом еще доказывать, что сырные подушечки изначально отсутствовали на подносе. Особый привет большому специалисту Алине. Игнорирование моих вопросов, кидание не выданных сырных подушечек на поднос, очень дружелюбный оскал. Последней каплей стало посещение окошка для автомобиля. подъехав в 21.45 к окну заказа получил ответ, что ресторан закрыт . На вопрос, а почему так рано, если он работает до 22.00 получили ответ нет мяса в ресторане . Мы отъехали и встали на парковке рядом. Вслед за нами подъехал белый ларгус, у которого приняли заказ, а потом менеджер выносивший заказ сел в этот ларгус и 10 минут сидел внутри, что то очень весело обсуждая. Смех был слышен издалека

Испортилось до неприязни. Полы ужасно грязные и все в каких то подтеках. Столы все грязные, на просьбу убрать пришла девушка с неприязненным выражением лица. Детская игровая зона просто безобразна, не убрана, грязь повсюду, предметы пыльные и вдобавок все играют в обуви там. Туалеты отвратительно пахнут, мусорные ведра все были переполнены, мыла нет. В итоге я даже не дела, на столько это все в общем отвратительно.
