The taste and the portions were in order, but my carne asada was very tasteful. for chips and salsa to pay is a rare (most Mexican restaurants contain this as free, but because they are on an island, there are additional costs that can justify their reason for the fees. When we almost finished eating, my wife wanted a refill on her water. we couldn't find our waiter, so she took her glass into the bar. He filled her water by the ice and the water that was in the more soaking cooler. very careless and a blatant violation of the health code. that was a deal breaker for us.

Being from Southern California where great Mexican food is normal, I have come to expect less than good food at most Mexican restaurants in the islands. Pacos Tacos was a pleasant surprise. The food was good, I had Shrimp Fajitas and my wife had Carnitas. Quite good. The beans and rice were so so but the margaritas and beer were excellent and at a good price. This is a good 4 star Mexican restaurant. We will return. I am actually looking forward to eating breakfast here. The menu looks great.

We enjoyed this breakfast. The food was good. The presentation of the burrito was not as impressive as we would have expected. It came wrapped in paper on a plate. We asked for enchilada sauce. They took it back to the kitchen and added a nice sauce and added a 2.00 charge which was fine, but not mentioned prior. All the food taste very good. We would recommend and return again.

Great service, food and live band on Friday evenings.
