Paco's Tacos - KOLOA

My husband and I had dinner at Paco’s Tacos and we were delighted with the experience. We want to go back. Currently place your order with the host before you sit. You can access the online menu by scanning a QR code. I think there is also a menu displayed on the wall in the entry type. You can browse the menu on the website and save some time. While there is no vegan symbol on the vegan participants, they say “vegan” in the title or description. We ordered a basket of chips and salsa, Nopal Tacos and the nopal Burrito. The chips were all you would expect: not too thick or thin, not too greasy, and with a beautiful corn flavor. The salsa tasted very fresh. I had the nopal tacos, and the taste was spot. After I started eating, I was sorry to order only 2 tacos because they were so good. But halfway through the second, I knew I couldn't finish three. If you're hungry, go for the third. My husband had the nopal Burrito. Unlike another vegan burrito he had on this trip, he said the taste of everything came through. He experimented with the house made hot sauces, but says they were not necessary. The Burrito includes whole beans (not again a plus for it and everything was cooked and perfectly seasoned.

I got the veggie-vegan tacos which had rice, beans, pico de gallo, lettuce, and guacamole on corn tortillas. Was yummy but lacked some flavor, so make sure to add hot sauce : love that they have vegan items listed on menu.

There are a few vegan options available at this restaurant, but they all seem to be quite similar. I opted for the veggie vegan tacos, which were delicious. The tacos were served with rice, beans, Pico de gallo, lettuce, and guacamole. The live music added a nice touch to the atmosphere, not too loud. The view of the scenery and sunset was beautiful. The house margarita was also tasty, not too strong.

I visited this restaurant for breakfast and was seated quickly, which was a major plus since many other breakfast spots had long wait times. The veggie burrito was okay, but lacked flavor until I added hot sauce. If you're in the mood for delicious Mexican food, Island Tacos is just a 30-minute drive from here.
