The food was great. We have the Saimin noodles with Hawaiian chili and the local street style noodles. The Saimin was good, but I think I enjoyed more ramens. My husband loved the fried noodle plate. I am rating 4 stars because they say they are open at 12 a.m., but were not open at 12:30 a.m., which is when we had to do something else. At 2:30, when we came back, they were open. The food was great. We have the Saimin noodles with Hawaiian chili and the local street style noodles. The Saimin was good, but I think I enjoyed more ramens. My husband loved the fried noodle plate. I am rating 4 stars because they say they are open at 12 a.m., but were not open at 12:30 a.m., which is when we had to do something else. At 2:30, when we came back, they were open. I understand opening a few minutes too late, but 30 min seems somewhat inappropriate.
Epic! We had the garlic noodles with shrimps, toncotsu rays, vegetables and rice and gyoza. Everything was delicious, I the garlic noodles were amazing!!!
Everything was delicious, I would like to try everything on the menu, I think it's all the same good!! The noodles are amazing and so are the people! I couldn't decide between two of the dishes so that they had us a small sample of the dish I had not ordered (even if they were so busy! We could try. Thank you.
An absolute must when in Kaua’i!! My husband and I were so excited to try these noodles after seeing the food truck and not disappointing them! Annie, the owner was so friendly and served mouthwater. We had the rams, the bowl and the local noodles. Each dish was amazed above all the severity for the Cha Shiu scarf and the broth for the rams!! Officially obsessed and cannot wait to come back!
Incredibly flavorful, must visit if staying near Koloa!
