I visited this outlet but was disappointed. I had ordered dryfruit sundane it had just cashews which also not fresh. The coldcoffee was watery not thick with full of icecubes. The hot Chocolate also the same very watery tasted like some boost or bournvita. I am really disappointed. It's my first visit in kollam outlet. I was really impressed when I had visited Trivandrum kuravankonam outlet. View all feedback.

This place offers a wide variety of flavours to choose from. Quality of berry up was fresh with high standard ingredients. Friendly staff with smiling faces. The ambience of place was calm and comfortable with quite a lots of books around.
Tried first time.
