What User doesn't like about West View:
Great food, sub-par service. We went to ITC's West View for a wedding anniversary dinner. The staff was great initially as they were able to accommodate a few special requests. The table looked gorgeous. However, throughout dinner, even though the restaurant was empty, they were not attentive and not at a 5-star hotel level of professionalism.
