Shimla Biryani - Kolkata

A few days back I was in shimla biryani, close to ruby. They have beautifully decorated to celebrate their 20th year. ambience was beautiful and if they really want to enjoy some quality biryani this place must be in their list. shimla biryani is one of the best restaurants in kolkata when it comes to mughal foods. we have various dishes like murg afghani kabab peshwari wiper tikka shimla awadhi biryani mutton special keema biryani chicken biryani butter chicken mutton handi lazeez veg jhal frazie keema naam navratan pulao conzy crispy huhn American mais salt and pfeffer schezw I usually do not try Veg dishes where North Indian food is speculative, but here I must mention diser tikka as it was well cooked and pretty good taste wise. in the main course next to biryani I had tried schezwan fried rice, which was absolutely amazing and highly recommended. as a biryani lover I was looking forward to trying her biryani. I personally loved both awadhi biryani and mutton biriyani. in mutton biriyani was mutton piece large and well boiled and the aroma of mutton biriyani was excellent. huge recommendations for mutton biriyani . I have also tried awadhi biryani at other places, but this seems to be a little different from the rest. If you want to explore different Bryani dishes, then you have to go for it. they can have what they choose, huh or mutton with awadhi biryani. Finally I have tried their firni, which was amazing and the most important part is the price of firni is less than other restaurants that offer Nordic cuisine. but in the taste it was quite perfect. and after biryani to finish lunch, you should always go for firni instead of other desserts. So every court we tried was up to the sign. a huge recommendation for all foodie out there!

Shimla Biryani House brings you the best cuisine with good quality and quantity. The Indian Mughlai and Chinese dishes are fingerlicking good. The restaurant is spacious and the interior are welcoming. The staff are customer friendly and service oriented. One can eat and enjoy the best food at a great price with good service on the By-pass all thanks to Shimla Biryani House.

The ambiance is simple and comfortable. Though we wanted the to sit on the first floor, but it was unavailable at that time. We order Chicken tandoori (full) , priced ₹400. The tandoor was quite dry but tastes pretty good. The pudina chutney served was disappointing to me. It felt green food colour was mixed with curd and served.

Recently visited Shimla Biryani and had a takeaway of mutton biryani. The ambience was nice and quaint. The food tasted amazing and was just fulfilling. Am attaching the menu below, you can order yourself a great meal too.

We ordered biriyani, mixed fried rice, chicken chap and raita. Firni as desert. I didn't like the biriyani very much but I love the mixed fried rice of Shimla. The chap was also good. Chicken in biriyani and chap both were juicy and yummy.
