Moulin Rouge - Kolkata

This is a legendary outlet in Kolkata and a childhood fave. Anybody visiting the City of Joy must drop in at this restaurant. The ambience is old school and stays true to its spirit. Established around 1987 Moulin Rogue continues to add joy, mirth and taste to people's lives. As a ritual we had Prawn Cocktail and Chicken Ala Kiev along with a giant plate of Fish Fry and Chicken Stroganoff. We also tried the Tiger Prawns which was no less than intergalactic awesomeness! The quality of the produce amazed us and so did the reasonable pricing! Whether it is a date or a fam affair I highly recommend this restaurant to every one who loves eating good food and having a good time in a superbly laid back environment. Without alcohol the pocket pinch would be around 2500 and with alcohol (depending on your choice); we had around 5 pegs of Jonnie Walker for which we paid around 4700 in total, which is totally fine! So, go for it guys and enjoy some food awesomeness!

Tasty and delicious foods out there.. we had chicken fried rice and chilly chicken... It was quite very tasty... And quantity also appreciated...

Old world charm.... The ambiance and food is good. We tried grilled lobster and cream of chicken soup, both were great though the soup had chunks of chicken too, which is a bit unusual. The service is prompt and polite. Would recommend this place.

It was a great evening I had this day. my best friend organized a beautiful musical evening for my birthday. the ambiente was so beautiful. I only loved this place and there are so good drinks.
