Located in the bylanes of Surya Sen Street, Gunjan is a very old and tiny food joint, serving Chinese delicacies at incredibly cheap rates. <br/ The ambience isn't that great. It's a little cramped inside and can only accommodate 8-10 people at a time. Regardless of it, the food they serve is amazing! The pork dishes, especially are extremely delicious.<br/ <br/ Dishes we ordered:<br/ 1. Roasted Chilli Pork: This is the best and the most popular pork preparation served by Gunjan and is a highly recommended one. Juicy, succulent pieces of roasted pork are garnished with green chilli, onion and capsicum on top. The spicy flavour of this dish is sure to tantalize your taste buds. <br/ <br/ 2. Mixed Hakka Chowmein: Good quality noodles are served with a generous amount of chicken, prawns and veggies and tastes amazing! <br/ <br/ Every food item in the menu comes either in half plate or full plate. The half plate can satiate the hunger of one person, while the full plate can easily be shared between two people. Both quality and quantity wise, the food deserves praise. Service is also prompt. <br/ If you can overlook the seating inconvenience, and love to taste mouth-watering pork preparations without burning a hole in the pocket, Gunjan is your go to place.

কলেজে স্ট্রিট অঞ্চলে ভালো খাবারের দোকানের খানিক অভাব আছে বলতেই হয়। সন্ধ্যে হলেই মুড়ি চপ এর বাইরে বেরোনো যায়না। আপনি চাইলে হরেক রকম এবং দামের চপ পাবেন কিন্তু সেটাই একমাত্র ভবিতব্য।<br/ একটু এগোলে পুঁটিরাম অথবা এম জি রোড ক্রসিং এ দিলখুশা কেবিন রয়েছে। কিন্তু কলেজে স্ট্রিট চত্বরে কম দামে খাঁটি চীনে খাবার খেতে চাইলে গুঞ্জনের জুড়ি মেলা ভার।<br/ ছোট্ট একটা দোকানে বেশ ঠাসাঠাসি করেই বসতে হয়। এক চিলতে রান্নাঘরের রান্নাবান্না সামনে থেকে দেখাও যায়। পরিছন্নতার জন্য দারুণ নাম্বার দেওয়া না গেলেও অপরিষ্কার নয় মোটেই।<br/ রাইস ন্যুডলস, চিকেনের যে কোনো প্রিপারেশন, খেলে ঠকবেন না, ফ্রায়েড রাইস খেতে মন্দ নয়, তবে আহামরি নয়।<br/ কম দামে পেট ভর্তি চীনে খাবারের এই অঞ্চলের ওয়ান স্টপ,<br/ অনেকেই এখানে এক বাক্যে শুয়োরের মাংসের নানা পদের প্রশংসায় পঞ্চমুখ হন।<br/ <br/ মোদ্দা কথা হলো এই সান্ধ্য কলেজস্ট্রীট চত্বরে বন্ধু সম্মেলন ও চীনে খাবারের পেট পুজোর জন্য এখানে আসতেই হবে।<br/

This place is also situated in my area .. very good place for great Chinese food .. I am going there for many times .. all dishes are very testy and yummy ... Mostly trying noodles, roasted chicken, garlic poke .. fab .. if you are a true Chinese food lover with poket frndly price then definitely go 'Gunjan ' and enjoying the dishes ..
