I kunne godt blive bedre til at samarbejde med kunder, hvis man ringer ang en bestilling der ikke er korrekt lavet, da man jo betaler for det man bestiller. så er det ikke ok, at hæve tonelejet overfor kunden, når man ringer stille og roligt og påpeger at retten ikke er korrekt lavet, som den blev bestilt.
