But I think waiting time of 35 minutes for dinner is a bit stretchy if guests would have spend a day working. Would suggest if you could ask guests if they know what they want for dinner, if they know and their dinner time so you reduce waiting time to at most 15 minutes. Otherwise food quality and portions are great.
