The setting is very beautiful and connected to nature. I like sitting by the window to watch the fish while I wait or eat my meal. Meals are great especially the oxtail with vegetables. Menu is not that vast and breakfast will bore you or put you off if you stay more than 2 days because it's always the same. Great food. But I think waiting time of 35 minutes for dinner is a bit stretchy if guests would have spend a day working. Would suggest if you could ask guests if they know what they want for dinner, if they know and their dinner time so you reduce waiting time to at most 15 minutes. Otherwise food quality and portions are great.

Wonderfully situated in the outskirts of Kokstad proper, Cassandra's was a perfect place to enjoy a hearty meal. From exquisitely seared steaks, to mouth watering pizza's, everything on the menu is absolutely delicious! A must try if you are visiting the area
Great location, with the restaurant overlooking (and on top of) a nice little dam. Dinner was excellent, with great cauliflower soup and the pizzas lived up to their hype!
