What to say ? The word disappointed isn't even strong enough. I came to eat this afternoon, a friend warmly recommended this restaurant to me. We were seated without any problems, then the scampi dishes arrived. My friend and I thought that the scampi was rubbery. We eat it regularly. So we asked the waiter if these were frozen. He seemed shocked by this question and we coldly replied no. Without trying to understand if there had been a problem during the meal.
