I paid nearly $60 for food through the app and went to pick it up when it said it was ready, only to wait almost 20 more minutes. When they finally handed me the food, I left and got home to find only old chicken tenders instead of the 16-piece extra crispy chicken with 4 large sides and 8 biscuits that I ordered. It was horrible. I will never go there again.

Although some items were unavailable, they offered a crunchy substitute and upgraded the wings for me. Overall, I was very satisfied with their customer service.
