I visited the restaurant on 3/11/22 at 12:40 PM and ordered the chicken sandwich, Mountain Dew Light, and a large mac and cheese. The food was all good except for the fries, which were too salty. Additionally, I was not given any napkins, a spoon, or my order receipt. I ended up eating in my car before heading to work, so I had to wait to eat my mac and cheese. What User doesn't like about Kfc:
I ordered two chest dinners, but was charged for two chest and wing dinners instead. When I called to inquire, they said nothing could be done unless I returned the entire order. View all feedback.
Ordered a family bucket of 16 pieces. Was told that I could only have thighs and wings as they were completely out and not able to make more! Charged the same price without any apologies.
Ordered a regular chicken sandwich and that wasn't made correctly. They made it plain no mayo and no pickle It wasn't ordered that way and it's not like they were busy. I was the only car there.
Ordered a 3 piece white dinner extra crispy but had to accept an original breast since they were out of extra crispy brests. Then I asked for a honey packet for my roll n made a point of asking twice to verify I would get the honey packet. Well none was given, also no butter for the roll or salt for the meal. So I decided to try calling to complain but after calling twice no one answered the phone!!!!!!!! Yea avoid this location if you want reasonsble service. CharO
Service was fast. But when we got home, we were shorted a Chicken Breast, 4 cookies and a biscuit. Which the 3 biscuits we did get were so old and hard you couldn't eat them. Sad to say but this KFC is going downhill fast!
The food is always hot n good. The employees are always nice and friendly. My family loves this kfc
