Drive through only was as disappointing as my mini biscuit.
Ordered a family bucket of 16 pieces. Was told that I could only have thighs and wings as they were completely out and not able to make more! Charged the same price without any apologies.
If I'm spending $50 on a family meal the least you can do is fill up my containers. This isn't the first time I've had this problem either
The manager told me that they couldn't make any more chicken until they used up their current supply. Since my group doesn't like dark meat, I decided to try Popeyes for the first time. I'm not sure why this location is facing these issues. I wish the other restaurant in town were closer, but I don't plan on returning here. I would have been happy to wait for some freshly cooked chicken.
I visited a chicken restaurant that didn't have enough chicken to fulfill my order and seemed indifferent about it. When I got home with my mix of original and crispy pieces, they were less than fresh. The biscuits were hard as well. Overall, I was very disappointed.
