I give him 5 stars based on our experience. first the team/staff/servers were amazing. we have three of them who serve us and we don't have to wait long until our food arrives. the drink I had old wisconsin old fashion was the bomb. my wife had the 5-course dinner and I had the lamming. Ate there a month ago with a party of 15. Service, ambiance and food was terrible. Have been there in past and it was much better, but it has been a while. Everyone complained. For the price, we would expect much better. At WI room the breakfast was about the same. Food and service, both bad. Beer at Horse and Plow was good. View all feedback.
Vegan tasting menu with fantastic service for 5 or 7 meals. we have made the 5 cursor and ready to eat an evening. we were 3 hours there (although it didn't feel that way)! the chef was very over vegan diets and the exquisite taste of each dish were impeccable! we loved our experience and will be back although it is quietly expensive and a suit jacket is required for men. this restaurant is in the cellar, and my opinion is too dark for summer dunes.

First class all the way. Everything we tried was amazing and the service is impeccable. The barrel aged cocktails are delicious!
