I dined there a month ago with a group of 15, and I was disappointed with the service, ambiance, and food. I've been there before and had a much better experience, but it seems things have changed since my last visit. Everyone in our group voiced their complaints. Given the prices, we expected much higher quality. The breakfast at the WI room was just as poor in terms of food and service. The only positive note was that the beer at Horse and Plow was good.

The Immigrant Restaurant provided us with a truly memorable dining experience. While it was on the pricier side and required formal attire, the exceptional food made it well worth it—definitely the highlight of our honeymoon and a wonderful way to spend our last night at The American Club! We started with some delightful drinks, particularly the Tommy Boy and the Old Faithful Old Fashioned. To begin our meal, we were served a small spoonful of cheese, fig, and pistachio, along with a selection of bread accompanied by mustard butter, which had just a hint of mustard flavor from the seeds. For dinner, my wife chose the Halibut with Lobster gnocchi, while I opted for the Wellington. Their interpretation of the Wellington was both unique and fantastic! It featured a delicate piece of puff pastry—not fully wrapped—resting against perfectly cooked beef. The freshly shaved black truffle, trumpet mushrooms, and purple potatoes were the perfect complements to each bite of the beef. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and a lovely, upscale night out for my wife and me. We truly enjoyed ourselves, and the food was outstanding.

I rate this restaurant 5 stars based on our experience. First of all, the team, staff, and servers were outstanding. We were attended by three ladies, and our food arrived promptly without any long waits. The drink I ordered, an Old Wisconsin Old Fashioned, was fantastic. My wife enjoyed the five-course dinner, while I had the lamb chops, which were incredibly delicious. We left feeling very satisfied! Plus, the prices were quite reasonable.

The restaurant has a cozy and semi-casual atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. The cocktails are decent, though not particularly remarkable. As for their sushi menu later in the evening, it...

The cocktails are delicious, the Wisconsin cheese plates are delightful, and their addictive wasabi pea snack mix makes this place well worth a return visit. However, the service is somewhat unusual...
