This fantastic vegan restaurant is located near the Buddhist temple. The food here is so delicious that you'll want to come back for more! The dishes can be a bit spicy in a very satisfying way. We absolutely loved our meal here, and the ocean view was an added bonus. View all feedback.
What ภูวเดช กาญจนวิภู doesn't like about Prayai:
The monks at this Thai restaurant are extremely unfriendly. Instead of tending to the place, giving blessings, or being friendly, they chat with suppliers, smoke, and drink coffee. When asked for a blessing, they seem bothered and rudely point towards a purchase. The place for blessings is now neglected. The restaurant itself is beautiful, but it really needs better spiritual guidance. View all feedback.

All temples are 5 stars, but you only have to see them once. This restaurant is in a stunning location with a breathtaking view. You can ring the bell and receive a blessing from the monks. It is definitely worth a visit.

So an amazing, filled with love and peace, place. they glow their insence and candle. Flowers for 20 baht thai ladies prepare them there on them. they get the blessing of a real monk. he gives you a bracelet and another one that must be blessed at home. Do not forget to feed the monks with food (sometimes, dry noodles, canned etc). they distribute them to the poorest)
A sacred place and a must visit temple in the island. Its really a big buddha and the view on the top is amazing. You will walk lots of stairs, so better bring with you some water. There are shops in the area if you need anything.
