Original 大切な顔合わせで利用する旨を伝えていたにも関わらず、終始がっかりな対応でした。 ・全員が席についてから、配膳についてやドリンクについてのアナウンスが何もなく、15分以上謎の時間が発生して待たされる ・コース予約で1人1人の席に置いてあるメニューが、料理2品修正テープで消されている ・追加ドリンク提供に15分以上かかる ・メニューにある蟹を使った一品がなんのアナウンスもなくサワラの一品に変更されており、こちらから聞かないと説明すらない ・料理に使われている食材をスタッフが把握しておらず、質問に答えられない ・お会計の金額を客側が先に伺うと、その後こちらからは呼んでもいないのになぜか精算の催促に来るスタッフ 事前に席の利用制限がないことは確認済み ・予約時の電話では駐車券サービスの話をお店側からしてくださったが、当日は何の説明もなく、こちらから聞くまで案内をしてもらえず。電話の際は全額のような口ぶりだったが、あくまでもサービス券。 諸々書いてしまうのもどうなのかと思いましたが、大切な場で今回の私たちのような気持ちになる人がなくなれば良いな、と思い書きました。料理自体は美味しかったのですが、お値段やお店の雰囲気的にも、サービス面については見直しをしてほしいな、と思います。
