This is an oldfashioned knejpe' in the basement of an hotel. You get good beer, traditionel german food currywurst, schnitzel (what is not to like while you can watch football on the flatscreen. It is so germanish you gotta try it

Don't go here We got there pretty early and waited 60 minutes before our food. Ordered a simple schnitzel with potatoes. Shouldn't be difficult to make, but the taste was terrible. The potatoes were swimming in fat and overcooked. The schnitzel...was also way too fatty and baked for too long. We had two bites and then left. The woman in charge was very disappointed that we did not find the food tasteful. The other girl who worked there was friendly, tried her best but didn't seem comfortable. Also there was a LOT of wasps for our dinner, at least 6 of them the minute it was served. It's hard to do anything about it, but at least they would have tried.

Nice, cozy place to have a drink with friends! Great atmosphere, located in under the Hotel Rheinland.
