I have visited the Taperia 2 times and find the ambience really very beautiful. The meals are average and the waiting times are reasonable. However, the service was not good at 2 times. The two waiters didn't handle the beverage service. In my eyes, this was not just the reduction, but the lack of experience or training. As a good boss, you could have seen the situation at an early stage and could also help yourself at this point. I have already visited the Taperia twice and I really like the atmosphere. The food is average and the times reasonable. However, the service was not good the 2nd time. The two waitresses couldn't handle the drink service. In my eyes, this was not only due to understaffing, but to a lacquer of experience or training. A good boss would have been able to recognize the situation early on and help out at this point.
