Café Bistro Berzen - Königswinter

On the mai I visited the place and we ordered carvings, which was excellent! but the best eating is only half as good if the people who serve them do not smile and look at them as if they could not take care less. at the end of my friend ordered a water and she got a sparkling water, and because she didn't like sparkling water, I asked the waitress if it were possible to exchange it, she just said that it would no longer be possible. then I asked another waitress who seemed to be teamleader, and she gave me the same answer and added that when they order water, they always get glistening water. I worked in the service and even if not when they order water, they get a quiet water or they are asked if they want a quiet or sparkling. the level of ignorance and arrogance hit me really hard and made me perplex.

After a long walk along the Rhineallee died a bite to eat and a cup of coffee or hot chocolate. we stopped at the bistro berzen and had crepes with vanilla ice cream and an excellent cafe latte. we were ready for the second part of our walk. can recommend food and coffee excellent.

They can visit this caffe for the intentionally definitiw, but do not come when they are hungry. the service is extremely slow and they could give up before they even ordered.

Beautiful caffe/ bistro with excellent kofe and cake, view over the Rhine. they can also enjoy other German specialties.

Nice little place, good food, superb view, the staff are not personality plus, but I went in there to eat not make friends. So all good
