Zum Grunen Baum - Königstein im Taunus

From Gimbacher Hof we are to Altenhain Zum Grünen Baum, which was taken over by a new host in 2020. I still knew Friedel Meyer the old host and we were pleasantly surprised by the garden, the girls in the service and the floor kitchen that is offered here. All were completely satisfied and the hand cheese at the end was very good. The young host is exactly the right successor for Friedel. We're happy to come back. Oh yes and the green sauce is excellent! Thanks for the Mispelchen

Goose tasty We were with 5 people for traditional goose dinner in the green tree The service excellent and the GANS with all the ingredients of the finest! It was a nice evening with nice guests around. It is advisable to make a reservation.

The garden occupants were really a positive surprise, we didn't expect a backyard. The service was very friendly and fast. The food was really delicious. Rarely so good green sauce and had a great carving. We were very happy and happy to come back! A secret tip for good coats

The green tree in Altenhain is a secret tip for good and groundy food. Everything is freshly prepared. The service personnel are all extremely friendly. The garden is beautifully landscaped and the chestnut trees donate shade. We are regular guests!!

Waren hier mindestens 20 Mal (oder öfter) in 15 Jahren. Highlight war - Gänse-essen zur Weihnachten, das haben wir schon 3 Mal mitgemacht! Das ist unglaublich Lecker und Reichhaltig! Ansonsten haben wir die ganze Menü durchprobiert - schmeckt alles Super! Einige Gerichte treffen nicht mein Geschmack - aber das ist ja alles Geschmacksache! Kann nur wärmstens empfehlen!
