Immaculately prepared and presented food in a cozy, if not particularly unforgettable environment. A wide menu with different kitchens with a beautiful balance between classic and quirky. All we ordered was delicious and the deserts were especially great. Friendly and attentive service. Definitely not pub prices, but value it because of quality. Very recommended.

We ordered 3 bottles of wine all were not in stock, the 4th bottle we ordered was served warm and as it was an expensive Sancerre I would have expected it to be served chilled. Tried to order 2 different types of beer both were not in stock they were waiting for a delivery. It’s been 20 years since we last went to One Kew Road,it will be at least another 20 years before I even think about venturing there again.

We were here at the main time. Staff tried to give their best and were still very friendly in their stressed situation. The food was good with this McDonald's.... read more We were here at the main time. Staff tried to give their best and were still very friendly in their stressed situation. The food was good with this McDonald's. The place was really full. The toilet on the 1st floor, the gentlemen, smells unpleasant and was really dirty. Paper and packaging waste from food everywhere. Not that some of the tables were full of garbage, these were certainly not extinguished for some time as some of the tables were really slim. Even if there were certain complaints, would it not be better if the staff weren't a little to put someone in the meantime to clean up?

Everything we ordered was tasty and the deserts were were especially great. Friendly and attentive service. Definitely not pub prices but worth it because of the quality. Thoroughly recommended.
