The reference rust roast. The perfect composition of meat quality, timing, really good roast potatoes, ECHTEN peeled onions and not least an ingenious roast sauce. Over the past ten years I have been able to compare the Swabian onion in a whole range of restaurants, but the (real word play) crown is tested several times. In an ambience already in my youth and this has long been old-fashioned, with wood, hull windows and sunkable space separators. Maybe that's why it's really cozy in this shady restaurant.
