Staff who served us could not speak English I don’t speak German or Farsi, so relying on google...translate we all picked a mains. We were given a nice mixed salad mint, coriander, parsley with feat cheese and olives and some nice hot bread Turkish. Very nice. I had a lamb mince kebab and veal steak with saffron rice. My colleagues had chicken and a mixed grill kebab, chicken and lamb pieces , steak and a chop or all with rice and a grilled tomato. We al loved the food and enjoyed the ambience. When we paid the bill the other staff member spoke fluent English, and I was joking with him and teasing his friend. Lovely guys, good service and would definitely go back if in the area

We were asked to order a full meal each to be allowed to sit down. This compulsion is not only immoral, but also a form of hidden coercion. But what was most disturbing was the numerous pictures of figures associated with the oppressive Pahlavi regime that covered the walls of the restaurant. Seeing the faces of people associated with SAVAK and the crimes of that period is a reminder of pain, censorship, and oppression for many of us Iranians. Being in such an atmosphere was extremely uncomfortable and insulting for me. We left quickly and will never return. I do not recommend it.
