Here you can enjoy not only his café, but also his time outside.
Café Eigel has been one of the best cafés in Cologne for years. Quality and selection of cakes, pastries and chocolate is unique. Café Eigel has been a popular café for many years, it is one of my main houses in Cologne that I would like to visit with good friends and business partners. Thank you.
If the price wasn't, we'd probably go to Cafe Eigel more often. What is offered is tasty, as said the prices are too high and unfortunately not all sellers are blessed with customer friendliness. This is where the owner should improve.
The cafe is really great, not inexpensive but a mad quality. Even at Christmas pastry almost unbeatable, but as I said quite expensive. The cinnamon stars are almost inviolable.
So the confectionery egg is actually forbidden! The whole delicious stuff just tastes too great! I could be there, you forgive me my choice of words, stupid and stupid :D The cake, the cakes, the chocolates... I'll get back to the swarm : The staff is also really very friendly, the café is modern and tastefully designed and the goods are just fresh and really delicious! The fact that dishes etc. are packaged fresh for the customer after selection is also great! The price would probably be the only manko in the whole thing, but you have to do something, right? ;

Christmas without pastries from Cafe Eigel is not possible. I love the dark tree cakes.

Located in the heart of the Cologne city centre, this really great café with delicious cakes! The service was very friendly and there are many tables. But it is also very well visited. There is a very large selection of cakes and pastries. In addition, there is a menu with delicious soups, lunch or ice cream. A place where you can stay well in the cold winter days.

In the regular after lunch we do (journey club always a walk through the city. we visit a museum or go to a more or less significant church. today it was the high dom to chalk. we actually know him inside and outside; for we have guided ourselves and also participated in them. from this reason we have looked at some stations and exchanged ourselves in their history. or the bone to a side altar. her number shows the height of the years of the current Archbishop in the amt. there are already seven heavy years with him. joyfully the church the Swiss have prepared us: there were dark-skinned men and even female persons among them (can be a sign of hope; for until a short time only old, white men were walking around, and the dom also belongs not to us! then it was time for coffee and cake. we went to a caffeine egg. it is a long house with great offer. after that, they come to the counter with the cake. there they are looking for their pastry and then they can search for a free space in the huge opposite. we went into the part with glass roof. the sun seemed something and the room was very bright. we could see the pictures that they can buy well on the walls. other guests probably loved the rather dark departments. the waitress on our corner was friendly and attentive. the tasteful eating and drinking I chose a cream cake with a basilikum kapuze. because I hate nuts and no good contracts mangle, some offers fell for me. it was good that the woman at the pie counter knew well about all the products and then offered me several suitable ones. my gurke has not such problems and chose a small apple cake with lots of nuts and mangles out. we were all satisfied with our choice and let us taste. we chose two cappuccino as leader on the afternoon. The pieces were delicious and well processed. that is why we do not want to complain. but € 4.30 per piece are not included. a normal beaker costs 3,50 € and a large 4,50 €, but the water, electricity and gas prices have risen enormously lately and who was a cheaper provider who broke then has to bleed properly in the home provider. Conclusion 4 – again happy (1 – certainly not again, 2 – hardly again, 3 – when it returns, 4 – again happy, 5 – absolutely again – after the visit date “Kuechenreise”: 28.01.2022 – after the afternoon – 2 people are also my enjoyable experiences with [hidden link]
